Refund Policy

Refunds are available only if Pass2Peak fails to deliver the purchased service within the stated turnaround time. Once work has started and deliverables have been provided, refunds are not available.

Customer satisfaction is addressed through the revision terms included with each package and our 60-day rewrite commitment: if your new materials are not generating interview conversations within 60 days of delivery, we rewrite them free.
